My goal is to help you understand what’s available, what actually makes sense for your business and your team, and what your options really are — without pressure, fluff, or fear tactics. Once you’re informed, the right choice usually becomes pretty clear. 

I work with small businesses, private practices, associations and growing teams who genuinely want to take care of their people — but don’t want benefits to feel like a guessing game.

First, we talk. I learn about your business, your team, your budget, and what you’re trying to accomplish. If you already have benefits, we look at what’s working and what’s not — no judgment. 

Then, I lay out your options. Not just one plan. Not just the “easy” option. I explain what’s available, how things compare, and what the trade-offs are so you can make a decision you feel good about. 

Next, we implement — together. I handle enrollment, setup, and employee questions, and I stay involved to make sure things actually go smoothly. 

And I don’t disappear. I’m here after enrollment, during life changes, when something doesn’t look right, or when your business grows and things need to adjust. This is an ongoing relationship, not a one-time transaction.
